1. Compensation of international freight

The purchase platform of Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. is free of basic international freight for the import of IC materials

If some models (such as fans, cables, modules, etc.) are overweight due to large purchase quantity, large volume or heavy weight, the customer needs to pay the excess freight difference. In case of overweight, our customer service personnel will contact you to remind you to pay the freight.

2. Tariff, commodity inspection and 3C fees

According to the national customs regulations, imported duty-free non integrated circuit components (such as relays, band-pass filters, attenuators, various modules, cables, etc.) of integrated circuit (IC) may require additional 3% - 12% of the customs inspection and 3C certification fees for customs switches, fuses, gas discharge tubes, etc. If your order contains models that need to pay customs duties or other customs clearance fees, Our customer service personnel will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the matters related to the replenishment.

3. Embargoed models

Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. strictly abides by the relevant export restrictions of overseas suppliers. Any model involving export restrictions/embargoes will not be purchased by order. The specific situation depends on the supplier's shipment. Sometimes, it may happen that the customer is temporarily informed before shipment that it is within the scope of export restrictions/embargoes and needs to cancel the order for refund. Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss arising therefrom. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Please forgive us.

4. Order review mechanism

Due to the possible customs duties and embargoes on the goods, Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. has set up an order review mechanism. After the user successfully submits the order, the customer service personnel of Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. should confirm the order and make payment after no problem. 5. Model data update delay
