Return And Exchange

1. After sales service acceptance conditions

1). Customers who need to return or replace goods due to incorrect quantity, inconsistent model or product quality problems can apply for return or replacement within two weeks after receiving the goods, and will not be accepted if the application is overdue.

2). For returned or replaced products, please be sure to keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner fillers) and ensure that the labels of the goods are intact. The labels of the goods are the only evidence for Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. to coordinate with the supplier to return or replace the goods. If they are lost, they cannot be returned or replaced.

3). If the product is returned due to quality problems, the customer shall provide a detailed performance test report in English as the basis for negotiation between Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. and the supplier. If necessary, a third party's English test report approved by both parties shall also be provided.

4) Invoiced orders shall be returned after the return and replacement application is approved.


2. After sales service rejection

1) The original package and labels of the product are damaged or missing.

2) . Products that have been used/tested on the computer.

3) The delivery time exceeds two weeks (subject to the date of express delivery).

4) The issued invoice is missing.

5) Misorder caused by the customer.


3. Submit after-sales steps

1) On the [Member Center] - [My Order] page, the user can search for the completed order that needs to apply for after-sales service by searching the order number or product model, and click "Apply for after-sales service", as shown in the figure:

2) Enter the after-sales details page, fill in according to the prompts, and then save. The customer service personnel of Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. will contact you and communicate with you in a timely manner.


4. After sales service processing time

After the user submits the after-sales application, the customer service personnel of Shenzhen Xianhexin Electronics Co., Ltd. will accept and give feedback within two working days.
